Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged goods will not be accepted if you haven’t informed us within 14 days of receipt.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or wax melts.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is contact us immediately & return the item you have, once the return is accepted, we will send out the  new item.

Overview
We are confident that you will love our products. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order or change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.

Unless the item is damaged in transit, returns must be made at a cost to yourself & are only accepted in their original packaging. As soon as we receive your return we will issue a refund or replacement. 

We understand that sometimes, items can get damaged in transit. If you receive your order & it is damaged, please contact us as soon as you receive it & within 14 days of receipt.  We will need to see the packaging it arrived in so we can claim back insurance from the courier. Once we are satisfied we will issue a refund or a replacement.
